TODO - API docs - Figure out what to do with this code. Practically speaking, this is how we're going to recommend users integrate GridLAB-D™ with HELICS, making this less of an example and more of a product we expect users to use. We need to figure out where this code belongs and if this page even needs to exist. To explain this code probably turns into a mini HELICS tutorial (not necessarily a bad thing). Andy Fisher is probably the one to write this and maybe this ends up being its own class (maybe using CST's Federate class?). We've got to do some strategic thinking on this one. Maybe we make the HELICS federate its own repo in the GridLAB-D™ project?
